In 1989, under the leadership of Al-China Women's Federation, China Children and Teenagers's Fund launched and organized the implementation of a social welfare project to help dropout girls in poverty-stricken areas return to schools.
The project is named "Spring Bud Project SONGLING aids 50 needy students to return to campus and provide living subsidies for 20 needy children through the Spring Bud Project every year.
